Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is only $35.00 on most items. Non-standard or special material and products could be higher.
What is the standard delivery time?
Normal delivery is approximately 2 weeks. Longer lead times are possible depending on the materials. If you need something sooner, we will always work with you.
If materials are not listed on this web site, can they still be purchased?
Yes. If you don't see what you are looking for, please contact us. If it's not something we already have or know of, we'll find it. We're always hunting down new materials.
Are custom tools available?
Yes. If we don't already have a tool for something, we'll have a steel rule die made to your specifications. If the tool needs to be more heavy duty, we can also have that tool made.
Are products available other than die cuts?
