Our rubber molded products are manufactured under the able guidance of highly qualified engineers for quality assurance. With wide-ranging rubber molding capabilities, we can make a mold to your print or specified size, and meet all your material call outs. We can run samples from a less costly prototype mold, or from the production tool for your approval.

Compression Molding

Premier Seals Manufacturing has years of experience supplying compression molded rubber parts, which can range from simple, such as rubber seals, to complex parts, like rubber grommets and even parts with a more intricate design. Our focus is to ensure that the most cost effective and reliable compression molding techniques are used. This is achieved by minimizing the scrap and defects during various stages, such as designing the mold to ensure that air traps and defects do not affect the quality of your parts.

Injection Molding

We also provide plastic molded products, also known as injection molding. Our capabilities have enabled us to produce parts which have combinations of rubber and plastic molded pieces.

Large components and high precision components are often manufactured using the injection molding method. In addition, injection molding is used for multi-cavity molds and is capable of producing many components per-cycle. Injection molding usually allows many of the molding parameters to be precisely controlled, and as a result injection presses are usually significantly less expensive than a traditional press.
