Premier Seals Mfg. are premium rubber extruders of different types of extruded rubber profiles in standard and customized configurations, as per client specifications. We specialize in the rubber extrusion of materials like silicone, viton, EPDM, neoprene, NBR, SBR, etc. These rubber materials are widely used in a variety of industries including automotive and more. We offer these products in different sizes to better suit the industry's and/or customer’s requirements.

Extruded rubber products are made using a hot vulcanization process from standard or custom profiles. As an effective and affordable solution for many sealing applications, rubber extrusions are especially useful when a continuous length profile (larger than molded capabilities) is needed.
